Remote Presentation and Ready-room Recovery

Smoothed remote aircraft while making ready-room disconnects less likely to interrupt a session before takeoff.

Changes

• Made ready-room disconnects resolve cleanly so session or account hiccups are less likely to strand a player before they can enter the fight.
• Smoothed remote aircraft presentation so other pilots move with less jitter and the client can favor readable pursuit over raw network snap.
