Cockpit Assists and Flight Readability
Focused on cockpit assists and field readability so flight state, aiming cues, and nearby aircraft are easier to trust.
Changes
- Clamped the horizon band at the viewport edge so the sky and ground split stays visually stable instead of leaking odd edge artifacts.
- Bound the lead-pip gun range so the aiming cue only appears when the shot context is useful, keeping the sight from promising impossible hits.
- Extended and checked hangar visibility so airfields keep useful structure cues at distance without overloading the close combat view.
- Adjusted cockpit presentation so useful combat information stays visible without turning the instrument panel into visual noise.
- Tightened in-game chat and message presentation so composed text, sender identity, team prefixes, and side updates are clearer during a live round.
- Hardened local-aircraft authority gaps so the player's own aircraft stays present and trustworthy while server reconciliation catches up.
- Hid world aircraft trails where they added more clutter than information, keeping visual attention on contacts, tracers, and the cockpit sight picture.
- Improved spawn flow so peer placement, cockpit spawn feedback, and squadron field rotation make furballs start with clearer context.
