Terrain Heightfield and River Readability: River Overlay Height Gate
Focused the terrain pass on readable height, water, and river shapes so low passes have clearer ground detail.
Changes
- Stabilized vector river rendering so waterways keep a consistent screen shape as camera distance and terrain angle change.
- Rendered rivers as continuous ribbons so waterways hold together across the terrain instead of breaking into disconnected fragments.
- Stabilized river endpoints and thin distant ribbons so waterways stay visible without needing fragile screen-space rescue paths.
- Moved river drawing into terrain overlays and decals so waterways sit with the ground surface instead of fighting the horizon pass.
- Improved terrain detail around rivers, strikes, and field edges so the world reads more consistently during low passes.
