Replay Review and Recovery Controls: Harden Replay Review Controls

Improved replay review controls and recovery behavior so debugging a flight or getting unstuck feels less fragile.

Changes

• Fixed Windows per-user installer startup so a freshly installed client launches into the expected player flow more reliably.
• Hardened replay review controls so pausing, stepping, and inspecting a captured session behaves more predictably.
